User Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your Palengke.es account data or Facebook Login related data at any time.

How To Request Deletion

1. Email soporte@palengke.es from the email address connected to your Palengke.es account.
2. Use the subject line: Data deletion request.
3. Include your Palengke.es display name, account email, and whether you want your full account deleted or only Facebook Login data removed.

What We Delete

• Account profile data that identifies you, where deletion is technically and legally possible.
• Facebook Login connection data for your Palengke.es account.
• Device notification tokens and optional contact details connected to your account.
• Seller profile, product listings, and public content when you request full account deletion, unless retention is required for safety, fraud, moderation, legal, or dispute reasons.

What May Be Retained

We may keep limited records required for legal compliance, abuse prevention, moderation history, financial or security disputes, copyright records, and audit logs. Retained records are limited to what is necessary for those purposes.

Processing Time

We aim to review deletion requests within 30 days. We may ask for confirmation if we need to verify account ownership before deleting data.
