Palengke.es collects account, profile, product, listing, chat, rating, comment, notification, visit, and moderation data needed to operate a Filipino community marketplace for sellers and buyers in Spain.
Data We Collect
- Account data such as name, email address, optional phone number, login provider, account type, and profile photo.
- Seller profile data such as shop name, location, contact details, profile links, and product listings.
- Marketplace activity such as product views, ratings, comments, wishlist actions, private chats, global chat messages, and reports.
- Pinoy Videos data such as uploaded videos, captions, likes, comments, reports, views, moderation history, optional anonymous uploader email, and tracking tokens.
- Technical and safety data such as session identifiers, hashed IP data where used for abuse prevention, device notification tokens, audit logs, and admin moderation actions.
How We Use Data
- To provide marketplace, chat, notification, product posting, rating, and Pinoy Videos features.
- To help sellers and buyers contact each other when they choose to do so.
- To prevent spam, abuse, fraud, copyright infringement, harmful content, and policy violations.
- To send account, product, chat, moderation, upload, and service notifications.
- To maintain legal, safety, and operational records.
Sharing And Protection
Private uploader emails, admin notes, hashed abuse-prevention data, and moderation logs are not shown publicly. Public profile, listing, product, video, comment, rating, and chat information may be visible where the user posts it publicly.
Data Deletion
Users can request deletion of account or app-related data through the data deletion page. Some records may be retained where required for safety, fraud prevention, moderation, legal compliance, dispute handling, or audit purposes.
