Uploaders are responsible for their videos and confirm that they own or have rights to upload them. Palengke may remove, restrict, or delete content at any time and does not guarantee that uploaded videos remain published.
- Copyright, illegal, harmful, misleading, abusive, or prohibited content is not allowed.
- Repeat infringers can be restricted, suspended, or banned.
- Anonymous uploaders can upload and may optionally provide private email for updates.
- Seller promotions must follow advertising, product, and platform rules.
- Legal issues should use the takedown request form or the configured legal contact process.
Privacy Policy
Pinoy Videos collects uploaded video data, optional anonymous email, private tracking tokens, view/like/comment/report activity, admin moderation logs, and notification records. Anonymous uploader emails are not shown publicly.
- Admin notifications may include uploader type and private email when supplied.
- IP addresses used for abuse prevention are hashed.
- Tracking links show private status, views, likes, comments count, and removal reason.
- Data retention and deletion requests should follow Palengke privacy procedures.

Copyright / Intellectual Property Policy
Users may only upload videos they own, created themselves, or are licensed to use. Do not upload copyrighted music, movie clips, TV clips, anime clips, sports clips, other creators' videos, brand content, or paid media without permission.
- Videos suspected of infringement may be removed.
- Rights owners can submit copyright takedown requests.
- Records are kept for complaints, notices, responses, and admin actions.
Upload Policy
Uploads must be MP4, MOV, or WEBM, 20 seconds or shorter, legally uploadable, and free of malware where scanning is available. Valid videos publish immediately after basic validation.
Content Removal Policy
Removal reasons include copyright infringement, guideline violations, illegal content, spam or scam, harassment, hate speech, sexual content, violence, false advertising, dangerous product, privacy violation, admin discretion, or other reason.
Seller Promotion Policy
Future seller videos may attach products with a product name, image, price, link, shop name, CTA, category, availability, and seller contact method. Misleading or prohibited product videos can be removed by admins and superadmins.
